Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Process Architect to design and optimize business workflows for our Process Orchestration platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of processes across departments like HR, Sales, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes.
  • Design scalable workflows for integration across departments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to incorporate business logic into the platform.
  • Conduct process mapping and ensure all workflows align with organizational goals.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business process management or process architecture.
  • Strong expertise in BPMN and process mapping tools.
  • Proven experience in process design, optimization, and automation.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
